Free Despression Counselling

Feelings of sadness, moodiness, and despair are normal parts of the human experience. They affect us all from time to time, and sometimes, we will need a helping hand to lift ourselves back up.

While depression is more than just a feeling of sadness, it is not abnormal, it is not wrong, and it is not something you experience alone. According to Beyond Blue, approximately 3 million Australians are living with depression or anxiety every day. These individuals experience sadness and low moods for weeks, months, or sometimes years at a time. For some people, the intensity of these feelings will be severe, while for others they may vary by the day.

Camcare can offer you support through our Counselling and Wellbeing Service. We also offer materials, information, referrals, advocacy, education, engagement, and community support to assist, uplift and empower you in any way we can.
