Group sessions – many of our groups are aimed at Boorondara residents but if you live outside of the area you may still be eligible
Our general office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Reception closes at 4.30pm.
On Monday evening we are open for wellbeing counselling appointments until 8pm.
On average, people have between three to six sessions. Once you have had your first session, your counsellor will be able advise how many sessions may be required. Call us on 9831 1900 and ask to speak to our Wellbeing Counselling service to find out more.

Yes, Camcare has access to an interpreting service. Please call us on 9831 1900 and we can organise an interpreter prior to your visit.

Yes, there are no steps to the Camcare office and there is an accessible toilet.
Camberwell – There is free 2 hour and 4 hour parking in the streets surrounding Camcare. The building car park is for staff only.
Ashburton – There is free 1 hour parking on Y street and a large free car park at the rear which has 2 and 3 hour parking.
For longer term roles, we ask for a commitment of 12 months, however this may only be for 4 hours a week. There are also short term projects of variable time lengths. Please note a Police Check and Working with Children Check is required for all volunteers. For further information, contact the Manager Community Support.
The closest public transport are tram routes 70 and 75 and bus route 612. Camberwell and Riversdale stations are within a 20 minute walk.
