Parenting Advice for Your Own Wellbeing: The “Baby’s Okay, But What About You?” Program
Sometimes, the advice new mothers need is not in relation to their children at all, but to their own wellbeing.
The Baby’s Okay, But What About You? Program is a nine-week course that offers support for new parents. This group support program is run three times a year.
This program allows new mothers to explore their changed lifestyle, new feelings, and concerns, and provides the opportunity for play. It is co-facilitated in partnership with the Boroondara Maternal and Child Health Program.
